The Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Haidong City and the Meteorological Bureau of Haidong City jointly issued a geological hazard meteorological risk warning: based on the precipitation situation in the past 48 hours and the future 24-hour precipitation forecast, combined with the susceptibility of geological hazards, from 20:00 on August 20 to 20:00 on August 21, 2025, the geological hazard meteorological risk warning level of Ledu District, Ping an District, Minhe County, Huzhu County, Hualong County, and Xunhua County in Haidong City is level II (orange warning), indicating a high risk of geological hazards caused by meteorological factors. Please combine the warning information, closely monitor the precipitation situation, and do a good job in preventing geological disasters such as the evacuation of threatened people in the warning area. Strictly prevent the unauthorized return of people who have been evacuated from high-risk areas of key geological disasters. Defense Guidelines: 1. 海东市气象台2025年08月19日17时30分发布暴雨黄色预警：预计，08月20日14时00分至21日14时00分，海东市互助西部（南门峡、林川、五峰、西山、蔡家堡）、平安南部（石灰窑、三合、古城）、化隆西部（雄先、查甫、扎巴、昂思多）、民和南部（古鄯、马营、转导、满坪、甘沟、前河、杏儿、官亭、中川）、循化南部（查汗都斯、清水、道帏）等地区将出现暴雨，累计降水量达50～70毫米，其余地区将出现中到大雨，累计降水量可达10～40毫米。强降水主要集中在20日16时至21日05时，最大小时雨强可达30～40毫米。过程期间伴有短时强降水、雷暴大风等强对流天气。发生山体滑坡、泥石流、中小河流洪水、山洪、城乡积涝等次生灾害的气象风险高，请注意防范。防御指南：1.政府及有关部门按照职责做好防暴雨工作；2.公安交管部门根据路况，在强降雨路段采取交通管制措施；3.中小学、幼儿园采取防护措施，确保学生、幼儿安全；4.转移低洼易浸地区物资，切断低洼地带有危险的室外电源。
