宁夏回族自治区气象台2026年10月27日08时50分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计28日白天，全区有4～5级偏北风，阵风7～9级，银川、石嘴山、吴忠三市及沙坡头区、中宁县伴有扬沙或浮尘（能见度3～8千米），请相关部门和广大群众注意预防。

Description

Guidelines
