伊犁哈萨克自治州气象台2026年4月16日11时30分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计16日夜间至17日凌晨，伊犁河谷大部将出现7～8级偏西阵风，其中霍城县、察布查尔县、伊宁县、尼勒克县、新源县等地的局部区域可达9级，请加强防范。
Description
