新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2026年4月17日22时54分发布暴雨黄色预警信号：近6小时伊犁河谷东部山区、石河子市山区、乌鲁木齐市、昌吉州东部山区等地的局部区域已出现大到暴雨，累计最大降雨量为伊犁州新源县吐尔根乡站31.7毫米。预计目前至今天夜间，上述区域和阿勒泰地区东部山区的局部区域仍将有暴雨（中高山区为雨夹雪或雪，累计降水量25～35毫米)。上述局部区域出现短时强降水、雷暴大风等强对流天气的可能性较大，山区局地山洪和泥石流、山体滑坡等地质灾害的气象风险等级较高，请加强防范。
