新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2025年9月23日19时28分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计23日夜间到25日白天，北疆大部、南疆西部、阿克苏地区、巴州、吐鲁番市、哈密市等地的部分区域有7～8级西北阵风，风口风力10级左右，南疆盆地的部分区域伴有沙尘天气，请加强防范。

Description

新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2025年9月23日19时19分发布暴雨蓝色预警信号：预计23日夜间至24日夜间，伊犁河谷山区、博州西部北部、塔城地区、乌鲁木齐市、昌吉州山区、巴州北部、吐鲁番市山区、哈密市北部等地的局部区域有暴雨（海拔2500米以上的山区雨转雨夹雪或雪），累计降水量25～40毫米，上述区域出现山洪和泥石流、山体滑坡等地质灾害的气象风险等级高，请加强防范。
