山东省气象台9月11日10时30分发布海上大风黄色预警：预计12日下午到13日上午，黄海中部偏东风7级阵风8～9级转东北风7～8级阵风9～10级，黄海北部偏东风5～6级转东北风7级阵风8～9级，渤海和渤海海峡南风转北风5～6级，南部沿海地区偏东风转北风5～6级阵风7～8级。请加强防范。

山东省气象台9月11日10时30分发布暴雨蓝色预警：受气旋影响，预计11日中午到12日白天，我省中南部地区有一次明显降雨过程，伴有雷电、短时强降水和7～9级雷雨大风。全省累积平均降水量15～30毫米，其中，菏泽、济宁、枣庄、临沂、日照和青岛南部有大雨到暴雨局部大暴雨（30～60毫米局部100～150毫米），泰安、济南南部、淄博、潍坊、青岛北部、烟台和威海有小雨局部中雨（5～10毫米局部20毫米以上），其他地区局部有阵雨。请注意防范！
