At 18:32 on October 2, 2025, the Xinhe County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that there will be gusts of 8-9 levels in Xinhe County within the next 24 hours. Gusts of up to 10 levels will occur in the wind outlets and open areas along highways such as Yonghe Town, Yingmaili, Yurudou Subag Town, Weigan Township, Tashairike Town, and Yiqiairike Town, accompanied by sandstorms or sandstorms.
