河北省气象台2025年04月19日16时06分发布大风蓝色预警信号：受地面气旋影响，明天白天到夜间，张家口、承德、保定西北部和石家庄、邢台、邯郸三个地区的西部有偏南风4到6级，阵风7到8级，局地可达9级以上。请注意防范。

Description
