At 19:27 on August 5, 2026, the Hydrological Center of Chengde City issued a blue flood warning signal: Based on the latest weather forecast and the dynamics of rainfall in the basin, comprehensive flood forecast analysis shows that the expected flow rate of Yangebai River at Yujiawan (Yan) Station in the next 2 hours may reach or exceed the blue flood warning standard (flow rate greater than or equal to 100 cubic meters per second). We hereby issue a blue flood forecast warning for Yujiawan (Yan) Station in Weichang Manchu and Mongolian Autonomous County, Chengde City, Hebei Province. Please urge relevant units and the public along the Yangebai River and its upstream and downstream to closely monitor changes in rainfall conditions, strengthen prevention measures, and take timely shelter.
