At 20:58 on the 22nd, the Guangzhou Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow typhoon warning signal: at present, the center of typhoon "Huagaza" (super typhoon level) is located on the ocean surface about 840 kilometers southeast of Guangzhou, and will move to the west by north at the speed of 20 kilometers per hour. Affected by this, it is expected that the land gust will increase to 9 to 13 levels from the 23rd, and the port area and highland gust will increase to 13 to 17 levels, accompanied by a precipitation process from rainstorm to heavy rainstorm. Starting from 20:58 on the 22nd, the yellow typhoon warning signal for Tianhe District and Yuexiu District will take effect, and there is a high possibility of further upgrading to an orange typhoon warning signal.
