山东省气象台于11月8日16时00分继续发布寒潮蓝色预警：预计8日夜间到9日白天，日照、临沂、淄博、潍坊和半岛地区天气阴有小雨局部中雨转晴，其他地区天气阴转晴。东营、日照、半岛地区和内陆湖面北风5～6级阵风7～8级减弱到3～4级，其他地区北风4～5级阵风7～8级转南风2～3级。9日早晨最低气温：鲁西北和鲁中山区-3～0℃，沿海地区4～6℃，其他地区1～3℃。
