根据预测预报，受不利气象条件及区域污染传输影响，我市空气质量将逐渐转差，经会商决定自2月12日0时启动重污染天气黄色预警。

It is predicted that severe pollution will occur in the next day or continue for 3 days.
Guidelines
1. Remind children, the elderly, patients with respiratory tract, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other susceptible people to stay indoors as much as possible and avoid outdoor sports;
2. It is recommended that primary and secondary schools and kindergartens reduce outdoor sports such as physical education;
3. The general population reduces outdoor sports and outdoor work time.
