兴化市气象台2026年01月20日08时55分升级发布道路结冰橙色预警信号：预计今天白天到夜里我市各乡镇（街道）的大部分地区将出现对交通有较严重影响的道路结冰，市应急局（市减灾办）、市气象局提醒注意防范。
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that has a greater impact on traffic may occur within 6 hours.
Guidelines
1. The transportation, public security and other departments must do a good job in emergency work for road icing in accordance with their duties;
