At 16:13 on December 11, 2025, Xiaogan Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for cold wave: it is expected that there will be cold wave and strong wind weather in our city during the daytime from December 12 to 13, with an average temperature drop of 8-10 ℃ in most areas. The lowest temperature in the north will drop to -5 ℃ on the morning of December 14, and in other areas it will drop to -2-0 ℃; During this period, there will be northerly winds of 4-5 levels, gusts of 7-9 levels, and in some mountainous areas, it can reach levels 10 or above.
