At 19:09 on November 12, 2025, the Fuzhou Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow typhoon warning signal: Typhoon "Phoenix", the 26th typhoon of this year, is located about 50 kilometers northwest of Eluanbi, Taiwan at 18:00 today. The maximum wind force near the center is 9 levels (tropical storm level). It is expected that "Phoenix" will move northeastward at a speed of 20-25 kilometers per hour and make landfall along the southwest coast of Taiwan Island tonight.
