At 07:04 on September 11, 2025, the Suining County Meteorological Station issued a blue rainstorm warning signal: it is expected that heavy rainfall of more than 6 hours and 50 mm will occur in most towns (streets) of the county from today s day to tomorrow morning, accompanied by strong convective weather such as lightning, short-time heavy rainfall and local thunderstorms and gales of 8 to 10 levels.
