Siyang County Meteorological Observatory issues orange warning for heavy fog

At 18:39 on April 1, 2026, the Siyang County Meteorological Observatory issued an orange warning signal for heavy fog: it is expected that from tonight to tomorrow morning, most towns (streets) in our county will experience strong or extremely strong fog with visibility less than 200 meters and some areas less than 50 meters. The county emergency and meteorological departments jointly remind to take precautions.
Description
Fog with a visibility of less than 200 meters may appear within 6 hours, or fog with a visibility of less than 200 meters and greater than or equal to 50 meters may have appeared and will continue.
Guidelines
1. Relevant departments and units should do anti-fog work according to their responsibilities;
2. Airports, highways, ferry terminals and other units strengthen dispatching and command;
3. Drivers must strictly control the traveling speed of vehicles and ships;
4. Reduce outdoor activities.
