山西省水利厅和山西省气象局2025年8月19日11时00分联合发布山洪灾害气象风险预警：2025年8月19日14时至8月19日20时，受强降雨影响，我省大同、朔州、忻州、阳泉盂县、太原北部、吕梁西部6个市42个县可能发生山洪（蓝色预警）。其他地区也可能因局地短历时强降水引发山洪灾害，请各地注意做好实时监测、防汛预警和转移避险等防范工作。
