石首市气象台2025年05月22日09时45分升级发布暴雨橙色预警信号：过去1小时石首新厂已经出现29.4毫米降雨，目前强降雨云团在石首北部发展向东北移动，预计今天白天到夜间，石首仍有强降雨，累计达到大暴雨量级，最大小时雨强40到60毫米，并伴有雷电，阵风7-9级，后半夜逐渐减弱并结束，地质灾害、中小河流洪水、城乡暴雨积涝风险高，请加强防范。
