At 10:30 am on October 20, 2025, Shengsi County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for strong winds: due to the combined influence of cold air and the peripheral circulation of Typhoon Fengshen, it is expected that all towns and nearby waters in our county will experience a northeast wind of 10 levels today and tomorrow, a northeast wind of 9-10 levels the day after tomorrow, a weakening to 9 levels in the evening of the day after tomorrow, 9 levels on the 23rd, and 8 levels on the 24th. Stop high-altitude and sea related operations as appropriate, and take windproof measures for offshore vessels.

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
