Description

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments shall make emergency preparations for typhoon prevention in accordance with their duties;

2. Stop large-scale indoor and outdoor gatherings, suspension of work, class, operation, market, and business (except for special industries);

3. On-water operations in relevant waters and passing ships shall return to the port to avoid wind, strengthen port facilities, and prevent ships from anchoring, grounding and collision;

4. Reinforce or dismantle structures that are easy to be blown by the wind. Personnel should stay in a wind-proof and safe place as much as possible. When the center of the typhoon passes by, the wind will decrease or remain static for a period of time. Remember that strong winds will suddenly blow, and should continue to stay. Take shelter from the wind in a safe place, and promptly transfer people from dangerous houses;

5. Relevant areas should pay attention to preventing mountain torrents and geological disasters that may be caused by heavy rainfall.

三门县水利局发布山洪灾害气象风险橙色预警

三门县水利局、三门县应急管理局、三门县气象局2026年08月08日12时18分联合将山洪灾害气象风险蓝色预警升级为山洪灾害气象风险橙色预警：受今年第13号台风“白海豚”影响，今天到后天我县各乡镇（街道）有一次大暴雨，局部特大暴雨过程，预计未来24小时我县发生山洪灾害可能性大（橙色预警），请相关人员立即转移，密切关注降雨情况，各乡镇（街道）做好巡查检查、监测预警和转移避险等防范工作。

台州市水利局、台州市气象局2026年8月8日7时45分联合发布山洪灾害橙色预警：根据市气象台未来降雨预报，预计8月8日8时至8月9日8时，三门县、温岭市、临海市发生山洪灾害可能性大（橙色预警），黄岩区发生山洪灾害可能性较大（黄色预警），天台县、仙居县可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。请密切关注天气形势及雨水情变化，充分发挥山洪灾害监测预警系统作用，加强分析研判，及时向有关乡镇、村发布预警信息并按有关规定做好叫应工作，督促指导基层地方政府落实责任，加强巡查排险，必要情况下提前组织危险区群众转移，确保人民群众生命安全。
