沁阳市气象台2026年8月12日9时35分继续发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计未来24小时内我市紫陵镇、柏香镇、崇义镇、西万镇、王召乡等所有乡（镇）、街道将有5到6级的偏东风，阵风7到8级，请注意做好防灾减灾和安全生产工作。防御指南：1.政府及相关部门应按照职责做好防大风工作。2.停止高空、水上户外作业和游乐活动。3.关好门窗，加固围板、棚架、广告牌等易被风吹动的搭建物，妥善安置易受大风影响的室外物品，遮盖建筑物资。4.行人应尽量少骑自行车，刮风时不要在广告牌、临时搭建物等下面逗留。5.有关部门和单位应注意做好森林防火工作，街道、社区、村庄和家庭应加强防火意识，适时采取有效措施，消除火灾隐患。

河南省气象台2026年8月12日07时30分升级发布暴雨红色预警：过去24小时，我省黄淮之间大部出现暴雨或大暴雨，洛阳、郑州、平顶山、许昌、漯河、周口、南阳局地特大暴雨，最大降水量叶县常村356.9毫米。预计12日08时至13日08时，沿淮及其以北大部有暴雨，其中焦作南部、新乡中东部、洛阳东部、郑州、开封、商丘中西部、平顶山、许昌、漯河、周口中西部和北部、南阳东北部、驻马店北部部分县（市、区）有大暴雨，郑州东南部、开封南部、平顶山中部、许昌北部、周口西部局地特大暴雨（个别点250到350毫米），并伴有短时强降水（最大小时降水量40到60毫米，局地80毫米）、局地雷暴大风（8到10级）等强对流天气。请密切关注属地气象部门发布的最新预报信息和气象灾害预警信号，做好防范应对工作。上述地区的相邻县（市、区）也需关注。防御指南： 1.政府及相关部门按照职责做好防暴雨应急和抢险工作； 2.停止集会、停课、停业（除特殊行业外）及非必要户外活动； 3.做好山洪、滑坡、泥石流等灾害的防御和抢险工作； 4.遇到积水较深的路段，严禁涉水通过；车辆在涉水行驶中熄火，应快速撤离，不要在车内等待救援。
