浦北县气象台2025年10月5日20时55分暴雨黄色预警信号提升为橙色：受台风“麦德姆”影响，过去3小时浦北县石埇镇已出现44.8毫米强降雨，预计未来3小时，浦北县大部乡镇将出现30-50毫米、局地60毫米以上强降雨，并伴有9-11级阵风，山洪地质灾害和城乡积涝气象风险大，请做好防范。

广西区气象台10月5日19时30分将台风黄色预警升至橙色：麦德姆（台风级）19点位于北海南偏东50公里海面，预计20-25公里时速向西偏北移动，上半夜擦过北海，明天凌晨防城港至中越边界沿海再次登陆（强热带风暴级），登陆后强度减弱。未来24小时，大风：北部湾海面10～11级、阵风12～13级，台风中心海域12～13级、阵风14级，沿海9～10级、阵风11～12级，桂南7～8级、阵风9～10级，桂西5～6级、阵风7～9级；桂南桂西大雨到暴雨、局地大暴雨或特大暴雨，北部湾海面暴雨到大暴雨、局地特大暴雨

4. Reinforce or dismantle structures that are easy to be blown by the wind. Personnel should stay in a wind-proof and safe place as much as possible. When the center of the typhoon passes by, the wind will decrease or remain static for a period of time. Remember that strong winds will suddenly blow, and should continue to stay. Take shelter from the wind in a safe place, and promptly transfer people from dangerous houses;

5. Relevant areas should pay attention to preventing mountain torrents and geological disasters that may be caused by heavy rainfall.
