漳州市气象台2025年08月12日22时15分发布台风蓝色预警信号：今年第11号台风“杨柳”12日22时中心距离台湾台东市东偏南方向约340公里（北纬21.8度、东经124.3度），中心附近最大风力13级（40米/秒，台风级）。预计，“杨柳”将以每小时25公里左右的速度向偏西方向移动。受其影响，预计未来24小时我市沿海海区风力逐渐增强，最大风力可达8～9级阵风10～11级，闽南渔场和台湾浅滩渔场最大风力9～11级阵风12～14级。请注意防范台风大风的不利影响。
