甘肃省水利厅、甘肃省气象局于2025年08月19日18时00分联合发布山洪灾害气象风险蓝色预警：预计未来24小时，甘南州（玛曲县、碌曲县、夏河县、合作市、临潭县、卓尼县、舟曲县、迭部县），定西市（临洮县、陇西县、渭源县、漳县、岷县、安定区），临夏州（康乐县、广河县、和政县、东乡县），陇南市（宕昌县、武都区、文县、康县），平凉市（崆峒区、泾川县、灵台县、崇信县、华亭市、庄浪县），庆阳市（西峰区、庆城县、环县、镇原县、华池县），白银市（会宁县）等地区有短时强降水，强降水主要时段在19日17时-20日02时和20日14时-20日20时，最大小时雨强20-40毫米，上述地区可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）；其它地区也可能因局地短历时强降水引发山洪灾害，请相关部门注意做好实时监测、防汛预警和提请危险区人员转移避险等防范工作，社会公众注意防灾避险。
