At 15:14 on March 18, 2026, the Ningjiang District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that there will be a 4-5 level westerly wind in our area in the next 24 hours, and the instantaneous wind force can reach 7-8 levels. The Emergency Management Bureau of Ningjiang District, the Office of Ningjiang District Traffic Safety Committee, and Ningjiang District Meteorological Observatory jointly remind people to pay attention to prevention work.

Description
