At 06:19 on December 13, 2025, the Ningxian Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing: Due to the influence of snow and low ground temperatures, it is expected that in the next 24 hours, some sections of roads in Xinning, Nanyi, Waxie, Jiaocun, Hesheng, Taichang, Changqingqiao, Xinzhuang, Zhongcun, Zaosheng, Liangping, Pingzi, Miqiao, Chunrong, Xiangle, Panke, Jincun, Jiuxian and other towns and villages in our county will still experience road icing that affects traffic. Description

At 12:30 pm on December 12, 2025, the Ningxian Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that within 24 hours, most of the towns and villages in our county, such as Xinning, Waxie, Nanyi, Chunrong, Xiangle, Panke, Jincun, Jiuxian, Miqiao, Pingzi, Liangping, Zaosheng, Zhongcun, Changqingqiao, Xinzhuang, Taichang, Hesheng, Jiaocun, etc., will be affected by strong winds, with an average wind speed of 6-7 levels and gusts above 8 levels. Please ensure that relevant units and personnel take preventive measures.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
