长春市规划和自然资源局与长春市气象局2025年07月26日09时05分联合发布地质灾害气象风险黄色预警信号:目前公主岭大部、长春市区大部、农安南部、德惠南部、九台大部和双阳北部已经出现大到暴雨，局地大暴雨，预计今天白天到夜间，上述地方仍有大到暴雨，部分乡镇有大暴雨。受暴雨天气影响，上述地方发生地质灾害风险较高，可能引发崩塌、地面塌陷、泥石流、滑坡等地质灾害，请注意做好预防。

长春市水务局与长春市气象局2025年07月26日07时35分联合发布洪涝黄色气象风险预警信号：预计今天白天到夜间，长春市区、九台南部、双阳、公主岭有大到暴雨，局部地方有暴雨，上述地方可能发生山洪、农田渍涝、中小河流洪水等洪涝灾害，市水务局和市气象局联合提醒注意做好预防工作。

At 07:15 on July 26, 2025, Changchun Meteorological Station issued a yellow rainstorm warning signal: at present, moderate to heavy rain has occurred in the east of Gongzhuling and the north of Changchun urban area. It is estimated that there will still be 10~40mm rain in the east of Gongzhuling, the urban area of Changchun and the south of Jiutai in the next 6 hours. The municipal emergency management bureau and the municipal meteorological bureau jointly remind us to take precautions.

Description

Rainfall will reach more than 50 mm within 6 hours, or it has reached more than 50 mm and the rainfall may continue.

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments shall do a good job in preventing rainstorms in accordance with their duties;

2. The traffic management department shall adopt traffic control measures on heavy rainfall road sections according to road conditions, and implement traffic guidance on road sections with stagnant water;

3. Cut off dangerous outdoor power supplies in low-lying areas, suspend outdoor operations in open areas, and transfer people in dangerous areas and residents of dangerous houses to safe places to avoid rain;

4. Check the drainage system of cities, farmlands, and fish ponds, and take necessary drainage measures.
