At 14:12 on January 19, 2026, the Fuzhou Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: it is expected that within the next 48 hours, the average temperature in some areas of Le an County, Chongren County, Nanfeng County, Linchuan District, Jinxi County, Fuzhou High tech Zone, Guangchang County, Lichuan County, Dongxiang District, Yihuang County, Donglin New District, Zixi County, and Nancheng County will drop by 8 to 11 ℃, and the lowest temperature can drop to 0 to 1 ℃.
