雅安市名山区气象台2025年09月16日03时16分继续发布暴雨红色预警信号：蒙顶山镇、蒙阳街道3小时降雨量将达100毫米以上（或降雨强度将达70毫米/小时以上），万古镇、中峰镇、前进镇、车岭镇、红星镇、新店镇、永兴街道、百丈镇、马岭镇、茅河镇、黑竹镇3小时降雨量将达50毫米以上（或降雨强度将达40毫米/小时以上）。请相关镇（街道）和部门加强高危地区监测预警，请注意防范山体滑坡、泥石流、山洪等次生灾害，及时疏散、转移人员，已转移人员要妥善安置，严防私自回流，确保安全。

四川省气象台2025年09月15日15时40分发布暴雨蓝色预警：9月15日20时到16日20时：眉山、雅安、成都3市，绵阳、德阳2市中部、广元西部、乐山北部的部分地方有暴雨（雨量50～90毫米），局部大暴雨（雨量150～200毫米），最大小时雨强60～80毫米。另外，阿坝州东部有暴雨（雨量25～40毫米）。相关区域请注意强降雨引发的小流域山洪、地质灾害、中小河流洪水等风险的发生，注意预防。
