At 12:36 on July 21, 2025, the meteorological station of Xuyong County issued the yellow warning signal of rainstorm: at present, the strong radar echo is located in Luobu, Zhengdong, Houshan, Hele and surrounding areas. It is estimated that the 6-hour rainfall in Hele Miao Township, Huangni Town, Zhengdong Town, Houshan Town, Luobu Town, Lianghe Town, Shuiwei Town and other towns will reach more than 50mm. Relevant departments and townships are requested to closely monitor weather changes and pay attention to preventing disasters such as urban and rural waterlogging, flash floods, landslides, and collapses that may be caused by heavy rainfall.

3. Cut off dangerous outdoor power supplies in low-lying areas, suspend outdoor operations in open areas, and transfer people in dangerous areas and residents of dangerous houses to safe places to avoid rain;

4. Check the drainage system of cities, farmlands, and fish ponds, and take necessary drainage measures.

四川省气象台2025年07月20日16时10分继续发布暴雨蓝色预警：7月20日20时到21日20时：泸州、宜宾、乐山3市及雅安市东部南部、眉山市西部有大雨到暴雨（雨量40～80毫米），局地大暴雨，最大累计雨量120～160毫米，最大小时雨强30～70毫米，局部伴有短时雷雨大风。另外，甘孜州北部、阿坝州西部、盆地西北部沿山及广安市东部有大雨到暴雨（雨量25～60毫米）。相关区域请注意强降雨引发的小流域山洪、地质灾害、中小河流洪水等风险的发生，注意预防。
