盐边县气象台2025年07月16日22时35分继续发布雷电黄色预警信号：预计未来6小时我县桐子林镇、红格镇、渔门镇、永兴镇、新九镇、惠民镇、红果彝族乡、温泉彝族乡、国胜乡、共和乡、红宝苗族彝族乡、格萨拉彝族乡等乡镇将发生雷电活动，可能会造成雷电灾害事故，期间可能还伴有短时强降水、冰雹、阵性大风等局地强对流天气，请注意防范不利影响。风险提示： 1.高层建筑电梯、人员活动的露天空旷地带、电力输配电设施、通讯基站、易燃易爆及危险化学品场所等易受雷击活动影响发生雷击事故。 2.阵风8级以上时，可能导致部分临时搭建物吹动损毁，室外搁置物以及悬挂物晃动或掉落。 3.短时强降雨可能导致市内道路低洼处迅速积水，需注意行车安全，室外用电设施可能漏电，周边行人有触电风险。

四川省气象台07月16日08时50分升级发布高温黄色预警：预计7月16-18日，盆地大部日最高气温35-39℃，其中中东部部分地方可达40℃以上；另外九寨沟、金川、丹巴、雅江、泸定、甘洛、金阳7县日最高气温35-38℃。持续的高温天气易引发火灾、人体中暑等风险，注意预防。
