湖南省气象台2026年4月9日16时升级发布大雾黄色预警：预计9日夜间至10日早晨，湘中、湘北部分地区将出现能见度不足500米的雾或雨雾，局部有能见度低于200米的浓雾，将对交通产生较大影响。黄色预警区域：长沙、湘潭西部、湘西州中部、张家界大部、常德、益阳、岳阳、娄底。

Description

Guidelines

湖南省气象台2026年4月9日16时发布暴雨蓝色预警：预计9日20时至10日20时，湘中部分地区将出现暴雨，其中株洲北部局地大暴雨（100~120毫米），并伴有短时强降水（最大小时雨强30~50毫米）、雷雨大风（阵风8级以上、局地10级以上）、冰雹等强对流天气，请加强防范。蓝色预警区域：长沙中西部、株洲北部、湘潭、益阳南部、娄底北部。
