德昌县气象台2026年04月09日15时17分发布大风黄色预警信号：预计德州街道、昌州街道、永郎镇、乐跃镇、麻栗镇、茨达镇、巴洞镇、铁炉镇、黑龙潭镇、热河镇、南山傈僳族乡、金沙傈僳族乡等乡镇（街道）12小时内将受大风影响,平均风力可达8级以上或者阵风9级以上；或者已经受大风影响,平均风力为8—9级，或者阵风9—10级并可能持续。请注意防范灾害性天气可能带来的不利影响。
