罗源县气象台2025年11月11日19时19分继续发布台风黄色预警信号：今年第26号台风“凤凰”11日19时中心距离台湾鹅銮鼻西偏南方向约270公里，中心附近最大风力11级（强热带风暴级）。预计“凤凰”将以每小时10-15公里的速度向北偏东方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。受台风和冷空气的共同影响，未来24小时，我县鉴江镇、碧里乡等乡镇及海域将出现东北风7～8级，阵风9～10级。请注意防范台风大风对高空作业、水陆交通、设施农业等的不利影响。
