Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.

罗源县气象台2025年11月11日19时19分继续发布台风黄色预警信号:今年第26号台风“凤凰”11日19时中心距离台湾鹅銮鼻西偏南方向约270公里,中心附近最大风力11级(强热带风暴级)。预计“凤凰”将以每小时10-15公里的速度向北偏东方向移动,强度逐渐减弱。受台风和冷空气的共同影响,未来24小时,我县鉴江镇、碧里乡等乡镇及海域将出现东北风7~8级,阵风9~10级。请注意防范台风大风对高空作业、水陆交通、设施农业等的不利影响。
