Due to the impact of Typhoon No. 13 "White Dolphin" this year, it is expected that the wind force in Wenzhou city, coastal plain, and coastal sea surface will be 7-9 and 9-11 levels respectively this afternoon; From night to tomorrow, it will continue to increase to 10-12 and 13-15 levels. There will be heavy rain to rainstorm in all streets (towns) in the urban area from this night. There will be heavy rain to heavy rainstorm in the overcast weather tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, and some extremely heavy rainstorm. Attention should be paid to prevention by all relevant parties.

Description

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments shall make emergency preparations for typhoon prevention in accordance with their duties;

2. Stop large-scale indoor and outdoor gatherings, suspension of work, class, operation, market, and business (except for special industries);

3. On-water operations in relevant waters and passing ships shall return to the port to avoid wind, strengthen port facilities, and prevent ships from anchoring, grounding and collision;

4. Reinforce or dismantle structures that are easy to be blown by the wind. Personnel should stay in a wind-proof and safe place as much as possible. When the center of the typhoon passes by, the wind will decrease or remain static for a period of time. Remember that strong winds will suddenly blow, and should continue to stay. Take shelter from the wind in a safe place, and promptly transfer people from dangerous houses;

5. Relevant areas should pay attention to preventing mountain torrents and geological disasters that may be caused by heavy rainfall.
