河北省气象台2025年08月19日14时42分继续发布暴雨黄色预警信号：预计今天下午到夜间，承德南部、唐山、秦皇岛、保定、雄安新区、廊坊、石家庄、沧州、衡水、邢台北部、渤海海域有暴雨（50～90毫米），局地有大暴雨（130～190毫米），个别地点可达250毫米以上。降雨时局地伴有雷电、短时强降水（40～60毫米/小时，最大可达100毫米/小时以上）、短时大风（8～11级）等强对流天气。请注意防范暴雨引发的次生灾害。
