娄底市气象台2026年6月20日14时50分升级暴雨预警信号为橙色：过去1小时娄星区水洞底镇、大科街道、万宝镇等乡镇降雨量已达30~40毫米，预计娄星区未来2小时降雨量30～40毫米，累计雨量将达60毫米以上，致灾风险高，请加强防范。
