临海市气象台2026年08月08日16时20分将台风黄色预警信号升级为台风橙色预警信号：受今年第13号台风“白海豚”影响，预计今天下午我市沿海海面和高山区风力逐渐增强至11-13级，夜里到10日上午最大可达12-14级个别15-16级，内陆平原9-12级；今天夜里到11日全市各镇（街道）将有大暴雨，局部特大暴雨过程。希各有关方面注意防范。

When the center of the typhoon passes by, the wind will decrease or remain static for a period of time. Remember that strong winds will suddenly blow, and should continue to stay. Take shelter from the wind in a safe place, and promptly transfer people from dangerous houses;

5. Relevant areas should pay attention to preventing mountain torrents and geological disasters that may be caused by heavy rainfall.
