The Jiyang District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave at 11:53 am on February 21, 2026: Due to strong cold air, it is expected that all towns and streets in our district will experience cold wave weather from the evening of the 21st to the 24th. The temperature is rapidly decreasing, with the highest temperature reaching around 24 ℃ on the 21st, and dropping to around 10 ℃ on the 22nd and 23rd, with a decrease of about 14 ℃; On the morning of the 23rd, the temperature dropped to a minimum of about -1 ℃, with a decrease of 8-12 ℃.
