At 19:12 on August 8, 2026, the Water Resources Bureau and the Meteorological Bureau of Lishui City jointly issued a red warning for flash floods: it is expected that from 20:00 on August 8 to 20:00 on August 9, there is a high possibility of flash floods in Liandu District, Qingtian County, and Jinyun County (red warning), Songyang County and Jingning She Autonomous County have a high possibility of flash floods (orange warning), Suichang County and Yunhe County have a high possibility of flash floods (yellow warning), and Longquan City may have flash floods (blue warning). 景宁县气象台2026年08月08日16时48分将台风蓝色预警信号升级为台风黄色预警信号：受台风“白海豚”影响，预计8日傍晚到11日我县所有乡镇（街道）将有一次明显的风雨天气过程，其中9—10日有暴雨到大暴雨，个别站点有特大暴雨，全县大部伴有8～10级阵风，中高山区局部有11～13级阵风。请注意防范强降水可能引发的小流域山洪、滑坡、泥石流、城市内涝等次生灾害以及大风天气对设施农业、在建工程及户外广告牌等的不利影响。

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments shall make emergency preparations for typhoon prevention in accordance with their duties;

3. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships take active countermeasures to reinforce port facilities to prevent ships from anchoring, grounding and collision;

4. Reinforce or dismantle structures that are easy to be blown by the wind, and personnel should not go out at will, to ensure that the elderly and children stay in the safest place in the home, and those in dangerous houses should be transferred in time.
