It is expected that the cumulative rainfall in Changliang Town and surrounding towns will reach over 60 millimeters early this morning, accompanied by lightning, gusts of 6-8 levels, and high risks of mountain floods, geological disasters, small and medium-sized river floods, and urban and rural waterlogging.
