The Jiancaoping District Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing at 10:16 am on March 14, 2026. The warning area covers all townships, towns (streets). It is expected that in the next 24 hours, due to snow cover and road surface temperatures below 0 ℃, some sections of the warning area will experience road icing that may affect traffic. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention. Defense guidelines: 1. Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
