The Zhouzhi County Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing at 21:05 on November 19, 2025: Due to the influence of low temperatures and previous snowfall, it is expected that the surface temperature of the shaded sections of Chenhe Town, Houzhanzi Town, Banfangzi Town, and Wangjiahe Town in our county will be below 0 ℃ tonight to tomorrow day, and there may be residual snow or ice accumulation, which may affect transportation. Please take precautions.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.

1. The transportation, public security and other departments shall prepare for road icing in accordance with their duties;
2. Drivers should pay attention to road conditions and drive safely;
3. Pedestrians ride bicycles as little as possible when going out, and pay attention to non-slip.
