At 16:52 on August 19th, the Xixiu District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that Ninggu, Shuangbao, Daxiqiao, Qiyanqiao, Caiguan, Jiaozishan, Jiuzhou, urban areas, chicken farms, Dongtun, Huangla and other places in our district will be affected by strong winds within the next 24 hours. The average wind speed can reach level 6 or above, with gusts of level 7 or above, and it will continue. Please try not to linger near glass doors and windows or billboards when going out.
