At 06:18 on January 22, 2026, the Huichang County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing: it is expected that in the next 12 hours, high-altitude mountainous areas such as Dongtou Township, Fucheng Township, Wenwuba Town, Xijiang Town, Xiaomi Township, Yonglong Township, Yunmenling Town, Zhulan Township, Zhuangkou Town, Qingxi Township, Gaopai Township, and Xiaolong Township may still experience road icing that affects traffic. Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
