The lowest temperature on the morning of the 7th and 8th was -9 to -8 ℃. From the afternoon to evening of the 7th, there will be northwest winds with gusts of 5-6 levels and 7 levels in coastal areas and coastal regions, and 3-4 levels and 6 levels in inland areas.
