At 22:40 on July 16, 2025, the Gaochun District Meteorological Observatory issued a strong convective yellow warning signal: it is expected that within the next 6 hours, most areas of our district, including Chunxi Street, Dongba Street, Gucheng Street, Gubai Street, Qiqiao Street, Yaxi Street, Yangjiang Town, and Brick Wall Town, will experience lightning strikes, accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall and gusts of wind above level 8. The District Meteorological Bureau, District Emergency Management Bureau, and District Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Brigade jointly remind everyone to pay attention to prevention.
