At 11:10 am on October 23, 2025, the Daishan County Meteorological Observatory updated and issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: affected by the peripheral circulation of Typhoon Fengshen and cold air, it is expected that all towns and nearby waters in Daishan will experience north to northeast winds of 8-9 levels today, increase to level 9 in the afternoon, northeast to north winds of 8-9 levels tomorrow, and decrease to level 8 in the evening. Stop high-altitude and sea related operations as appropriate, and take windproof measures for offshore vessels.
Description
It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
