At 16:25 on July 27, 2025, the meteorological observatory of Changting County issued a yellow warning signal of rainstorm: heavy rain has occurred in front of Guanqian, Xinqiao, and Tiechang in our county in the past three hours. It is estimated that there will be 10-30mm precipitation in some towns and villages in front of Guanqian, Tiechang, and Xinqiao in the next three hours.
