At 19:19 on November 11, 2025, the Changle District Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow typhoon warning signal: Typhoon "Phoenix", the 26th typhoon of this year, was located about 270 kilometers southwest of Eluanbi, Taiwan at 19:19 on November 11. The maximum wind force near the center was 11 levels (severe tropical storm). It is expected that the Phoenix will move towards the northeast at a speed of 10-15 kilometers per hour, gradually weakening in intensity. Affected by both typhoons and cold air, there will be northeast winds of 8-9 levels and gusts of 10-11 levels in the coastal and high-altitude mountainous areas of our region in the next 24 hours.
