At 19:19 on November 11, 2025, the Changle District Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow typhoon warning signal: Typhoon "Phoenix", the 26th typhoon of this year, was located about 270 kilometers southwest of Eluanbi, Taiwan at 19:19 on November 11. The maximum wind force near the center was 11 levels (severe tropical storm). It is expected that the Phoenix will move towards the northeast at a speed of 10-15 kilometers per hour, gradually weakening in intensity.
